Job Title: Foreign Technical Maintenance Manager
Work Location: Latin America (including but not limited to Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Canada, etc.)
1. Equipment maintenance
Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of trackless equipment in the company's underground mines.
Regularly conduct equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and reduce the occurrence of malfunctions.
2. Technical support
Provide technical support to customers, including fault diagnosis, repair recommendations, and technical training.
Develop and maintain equipment maintenance manuals, operation guides, and technical documents.
3. Competitor equipment management
Understand and master the technical characteristics of other brands of equipment, and provide maintenance and technical support for competing equipment.
To handle and solve technical issues related to other brands of equipment, and assist customers in equipment optimization.
4. Team management
Lead and train maintenance team members to improve team technical skills and work efficiency.
Develop maintenance work plans and standards, and supervise the quality of maintenance work.
5. Customer communication
Communicate maintenance needs with customers, develop maintenance plans and schedules.
Handle customer feedback, provide high-quality after-sales service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Report and Feedback
Regularly report equipment maintenance status, fault analysis, and technical improvement suggestions to the company management.
Participate in product improvement and technical research and development, provide on-site feedback and improvement suggestions.
1. Educational background
College degree or above, mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration, mining engineering or related majors are preferred.
2. Work experience
At least 3 years of experience in maintenance of trackless equipment in underground mines, familiar with the structure and function of the equipment.
Have experience in repairing and providing technical support for equipment from other brands.
3. Skill requirements
Excellent equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance capabilities, able to handle complex technical problems.
Proficient in using relevant maintenance tools and equipment, with certain electrical and mechanical knowledge.
4. Language proficiency
Good Spanish listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to read and understand technical documents and instructions.
Proficient in English or Chinese communication skills is preferred.
5. Personal qualities
Strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Good teamwork spirit and leadership skills, able to work effectively under pressure.
