Recently, Qingdao Fambition Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fambition Heavy Machinery”) made its appeared at the 26th China International Mining Conference in Tianjin, showcasing its independently developed underground LHD loader FL105. This conference brought together experts and companies from the mining sector, allowing us to engage in in-depth discussions with mining clients from around the world, demonstrating Fambition Heavy Machinery's cutting-edge technology and practical achievements in intelligent mining.

The FL105 showcased at the exhibition is a loader designed for medium to large underground metal mines, with a carrying capacity of 10 tons and compliant with China IV emission standards. Most of its main components are from internationally renowned brands, ensuring the equipment's stability and durability. The vehicle control system employs CAN-bus communication technology, electric-hydraulic proportional pilot control, and a variable hydraulic system. The control system, based on CAN-bus design, features a vehicle-mounted display that can show real-time operational parameters, along with fault warning alarms and self-diagnosis functions. It comes standard with a visibility remote control system, and optional features include an automatic centralized lubrication system and a centralized fire-fighting system. The design and manufacturing of the FL105 meet advanced industry standards, boasting high production capacity, low failure rates, and reduced operating costs. This success is attributed to the dedicated research of Fambition’s R&D team and the meticulous efforts of the production department.
