On February 10, 2025, the Marketing Center’s six-day “2024 Annual Work Summary and Closed-Door Training” officially commenced, sounding the clarion call for progress. The conference systematically deployed key tasks for 2025, mobilizing all personnel to adopt a “battle-ready mindset from day one” to ensure a “stable start and a strong opening” for the year, laying a solid foundation for success.
Concurrently, the company dispatched a robust internal training team, with over 20 trainers delivering insightful sessions on topics including intelligent mining products, new energy products, new product development strategies, product improvements and upgrades, quality and process control, legal risk management, internal controls, and export credit insurance. These efforts aim to enhance the comprehensive capabilities and practical skills of the marketing team, forging a cohesive, execution-driven, and innovative force to propel the company’s future growth.

Looking back at 2024, the Marketing Center, as Fambition’s frontline force, remained steadfast at their posts even through New Year’s Eve. Departments and teams collaborated seamlessly, breaking down silos to form a formidable synergy. Faced with urgent and complex tasks, employees worked overtime to ensure the completion of annual objectives.
In 2024, key performance indicators—including net profit, revenue, production volume, deliveries, and collections—reached historic highs, with year-on-year growth exceeding 40%. Representatives from all departments and global regions convened to review the year’s achievements with detailed data analysis, identifying strengths and weaknesses while mapping out refined strategies for 2025.
This year, we have redrawn market regions, introduced regional chiefs and country managers, and expanded into multiple market areas. We have seen initial results in markets such as Zambia, Turkey, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Canada, Colombia, and Bolivia. This year, we have shifted our operational model, explored new business areas like SKD assembly, maintenance contracting, and EPC general contracting, and continuously extended our industry chain and innovated our business models. This year, we have laid a solid foundation by strengthening our talent pool and built a highly capable and combative team. We have coordinated resources and worked collaboratively to break through competitive barriers in key projects.
