3,Main job responsibilities:
1) Assist the general manager to formulate marketing strategies, marketing policies, marketing plans, etc., and promote their implementation;
2) Assist the general manager in project promotion, bidding management, resource coordination, etc.;
3) Assist the general manager in supervising and inspecting sales department employees, performing performance appraisals, etc.;
4) Host various marketing summary, review meetings, training, etc.;
5) Other temporary work arranged by the general manager.
4,Job requirements:
1) Fluent in spoken and written English, familiar with professional vocabulary of mechanical products is preferred;
2) Applicants with a bachelor’s degree or above are welcome, regardless of major, with priority given to majors in language, marketing, mining, and business management;
3) Gender: Male Age: Under 45;
4) Have experience in overseas market development and be familiar with local customs; (network development will not be considered)
5) Have experience in large-scale machinery and equipment and mining industries, and more than 5 years of experience as a marketing executive;
6) Have the ability to independently develop new markets and have successful cases of developing large customers;
7) Proficient in sales skills, strong customer negotiation skills, and proficient in using various sales tools;
8) Have the ability to formulate sales budgets, sales plans, sales policies and corresponding decomposition and implementation;
9) Have basic professional qualities, rigorous work, and strong self-management ability;
10) Have experience and ability in team building, employee management and motivation;
11) Have a driver's license, know how to drive, and can take irregular business trips at home and abroad.
