Focus Your Efforts to Make a Strong Start and Write a New Chapter with 'Recovery'

On February 19, the first workday after the holiday, the manufacturing department of Fambition Heavy Machinery Production Center rang in the Year of the Dragon with a post-holiday resumption event. The management Yijie Wang and Chunjie Zhu attended the event at the Laixi and Chengyang plants, respectively.

The activities were divided into two main parts, they are safety briefing on resuming work, and evaluation of teams and individuals who demonstrated the best return-to-work performance. The goal of the event was to ensure that all employees swiftly adjust to their roles, engage with enthusiasm and practicality, and resume work and production in a safe and orderly manner. This approach aims to set a strong foundation for the year’s work.

Additionally, the event sought to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing department by encouraging learning through practice, identifying deficiencies, and implementing measures to promote competition, learning, mutual support, and surpassing goals.

General Manager Susan was invited to participate in the event and emphasized its significance. She praised the production center's achievements in 2023 and outlined expectations for the center’s performance in 2024. The center is tasked with achieving high-quality results and meeting key production indicators for the year. Leaders and employees alike pledged to focus on product quality, enhance work efficiency, ensure operational safety, and strive to meet the company’s 2024 performance targets, aligning their efforts with the company's strategic goals.
