Job Title: Foreign Country Sales Manager (Mexico / Peru)

Work Location: Mexico / Peru


1. Market development

  • Responsible for promoting and selling our underground mining trackless equipment in the Mexican or Peruvian markets.

  • Develop and maintain important agent and customer relationships, tap market potential, enhance brand awareness and market share.

2. Sales management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct market research, analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, and provide market analysis reports.

3. Customer Support

  • Understand customer needs and provide professional product recommendations and technical support to customers.

  • Handle sales contracts, order follow-up, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Team collaboration

  • Work closely with the company headquarters and other departments to coordinate sales activities and resource allocation.

  • Participate in the formulation and optimization of the company's products and sales strategies.


1. Educational background

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, engineering machinery, mining, or related fields.

2. Work experience

  • I have over 3 years of experience in the sales of trackless equipment in underground mines, especially in the Mexican or Peruvian markets, and have extensive experience in sales and participating in project bidding.

  • Familiar with the underground mining industry and related equipment, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a grasp of the local medium and large-scale mining network is preferred.

3. Language proficiency

  • My native language is Spanish.

  • Good English communication skills are preferred, while Chinese communication skills are preferred.

4. Skill requirements

  • Excellent sales skills and customer relationship management abilities.

  • Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.

  • Strong market analysis and problem-solving skills.

5. Personal qualities

  • Self driven, with strong goal orientation and outcome orientation.

  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and possess strong cross-cultural (Chinese) communication skills.
