On February 19, 2024, the first day back at work after the Spring Festival, the Marketing Center launched its first phase of centralized closed training for all employees. The company invited mining experts from the Changsha Nonferrous Metal Research Institute and major account marketing consultants from leading training institutions, along with over ten internal trainers, to deliver a series of engaging lectures. These sessions covered a wide range of topics, including major customer project sales, underground mining technology and equipment, product improvements and upgrades, intelligent mining solutions, vehicle lifecycle management, and production and quality management. The training was conducted through lectures, on-site exercises, and group discussions, all aimed at enhancing the comprehensive skills and practical abilities of the marketing team. The goal was to build an efficient team characterized by innovative thinking, exceptional execution, strong teamwork, and a relentless work ethic—fueling the momentum needed for a successful start to the New Year.
CEO Mr. Xiaofeng Ning and General Manager Susan actively participated in the training. Mr. Ning emphasized the importance of attention to detail, urging all participants to cultivate a habit of seriousness, precision, and meticulousness in their work. He encouraged active engagement in the training to deepen knowledge and personal growth.

At the conclusion of the five-day training, Susan reiterated the company's original mission: to address industry pain points, meet customer needs, and lead the industry's development. She emphasized that the essence of sales lies in being 'customer-centric,' understanding and addressing customer needs, and working collaboratively to create solutions that ensure customer success. She challenged the sales team to thoroughly understand the mining production process and mine operations, to become experts in the company’s products and services, and to immerse themselves in the realities of customer needs. Before becoming a champion sales team, they must first become a team of product and service solution experts.
Following the training, all Marketing Center members will further study and digest the training materials within their respective units. By integrating this knowledge into actual sales activities, they will focus on customer needs, refine solutions for key customer projects, and enhance their overall business capabilities—ultimately improving their ability to win orders.
