On the afternoon of July 8, 2020, the company's human resources department organized the management personnel of CJC and Tianhong and the key personnel of the department to conduct internal training on 'Proposal Improvement'. This training was delivered by Mr. Zhu Wei.

Proposal improvement is an important part of Toyota's lean production management. Teacher Zhu used the process improvement of a glass factory as an entry point to introduce the concept of proposal improvement.The key points of the proposal improvement are presented from four aspects: concept, implementation, system, and cases. During the period, many tools for analyzing and solving problems are explained. These are also mentioned in previous trainings, such as '4M1E ', 'PDCA', '5WHY', key points for improvement, ten steps for improvement, and common problems in industrial enterprises.In addition, IE techniques and quality control techniques often used in lean production are interspersed.The 3-hour training course presented an extremely rich amount of knowledge and information, and connected some familiar management techniques with a main line, giving everyone a deeper understanding of the concept of lean production.

This training is an introduction. Next, we will organize various departments of the company to actively carry out proposal improvement activities.The thinking of lean management is that everyone liberates their minds, diligently thinks about problems at work and improves them, and improves office efficiency and quality through continuous improvement and optimization.We believe that the concept of lean management can shape a person's habits, way of thinking and even attitude towards life.Regularly reflect on your performance and whether you have used good methods in your work; think about what problems exist and whether there are better solutions.Over time, it will become a habit, and you will unconsciously have a professional quality of striving for excellence and continuous improvement at work.
