Fambition’s “Zero Defect” Quality Strategy Officially Launched, Embarking on a New Journey Toward Excellence

On January 10, 2025, at the beginning of the new year, Fambition’s “Zero Defect” quality strategy launch meeting was held at the Fambition Laiyi Factory, hosted by the company’s Quality Director, Wang Quan. The company’s Chairman, as well as key personnel from the Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Quality Technology, Marketing, and Aftermarket Centers, attended the event. The “Zero Defect” quality strategy is the top priority of Fambition’s five-year plan, aimed at further consolidating and enhancing Fambition’s market competitiveness through comprehensive upgrades in quality management, lean production management, and technological innovation. In today’s highly competitive global manufacturing environment, Fambition, as a leader in the underground trackless equipment industry, has always adhered to the development philosophy of “Quality as life, technology as the driving force.” Faced with diversified market demands and customers’ ever-increasing expectations for product quality, Fambition recognizes that only by implementing higher standards of quality management can the company maintain its competitive edge in the fierce market competition.

The meeting began with a presentation by Guo Peng, Director of the Quality Technology Center, who introduced Fambition’s “Zero Defect” quality strategy and incentive plan. He emphasized that the implementation of this strategy is an essential company-wide initiative and an unavoidable responsibility and challenge as the company progresses to a new stage. The core of Fambition’s “Zero Defect” quality strategy revolves around two major objectives: first, to achieve “zero defects” in the production process, meaning strict control of every stage to ensure that each product meets the expected quality standards upon leaving the factory; second, to provide customers with a better early experience and reduce warranty period failures. He also officially announced the launch of Fambition’s “Zero Defect” quality strategy.

Vice President of Operations, Fu Hongling, delivered a speech on behalf of CEO Ma Chunyan, stating: “In this new and promising time, we gather here to witness an important milestone in Fambition’s history—the official launch of the 2025 ‘Zero Defect’ quality strategy. Each of us at Fambition is not only a participant and witness to this great journey but also a driving force. We deeply understand that quality is the lifeline of an enterprise and the cornerstone of survival and development. Each attendee solemnly signed the banner reading, “Practicing the ‘Zero Defect’ strategy to build a first-class industry enterprise.” The signatures were a silent vow, a commitment to practice the “Zero Defect” quality strategy with tangible actions.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Ning Xiaofeng expressed strong support and attention to the “Zero Defect” quality strategy, urging all employees to take this opportunity to continuously improve their work quality, develop a conscientious and responsible work ethic, and ensure that every task is done well.
