1. The FL10E is an underground electric scraper with a rated load of 10 tons. It provides an efficient underground zero-emission solution and solves the customer pain points of high noise and environmental pollution caused by diesel scrapers in underground operations.

Advanced design concept

1. FL10E is an electric scraper with advanced performance. Compared with other scrapers of the same level, the unique dual-motor (travel motor, hydraulic motor) design ensures that both motors operate under their rated loads. , reducing the heat generated by the motor, greatly improving the vehicle's power performance, shovel loading efficiency and motor service life.

2. The steering, working and cable-winding hydraulic systems all adopt variable systems, which effectively improves the stability and economy of the equipment.

3. The cable coiling system adopts variable pump control and load feedback, which can keep the tension of each turn of the cable in a constant state. Compared with the quantitative pump system, it can control the tension of each turn of the cable and always ensure that the cable is in a reasonable state. The tension state solves the previous problem of the cable being twisted and placed on the ground, resulting in frequent crushing.

4. Use horizontal coiled cables with better performance advantages, compared with vertical coiled cables:

Low center of gravity, smooth operation, better visibility, flexible operation and turning, no need to reverse when passing the wiring point, saving time and improving production efficiency. Reliable and durable

Cost effective

1. It is equipped with a traveling motor that provides traveling traction and a hydraulic motor that provides working steering. The traction will not be affected while ensuring sufficient shoveling force.The strong shoveling force and traction force ensure full strength during the shoveling process, which can effectively avoid violations of operating procedures such as climbing ore piles and flushing piles. It can also handle large rocks under certain special circumstances.

2. FL10E uses a travel motor with a rated power of 110kW and a hydraulic motor with a rated power of 45kW. It is the only 4-cubic scraper of the same class that uses dual motors, with the largest total output power of 155kW.

3. The horizontal coiled cable structure can set a longer coiled cable length to meet a longer operating radius, reduce the number of movements of the ground cabinet, and improve operating economy.

1. The electrical system design complies with the safety requirements of JB/T5500 and GB25518. The main circuit is equipped with a residual current protection device and a continuity grounding and leakage monitoring device.

2. The working brake and parking brake are a set of brakes integrated at both ends of the bridge, using a closed wet braking method with spring brake hydraulic release.Spring brakes and hydraulic release brakes are safer and can ensure safe braking of the vehicle when the hydraulic system fails.

3. The cab is designed strictly in accordance with the performance requirements of GB/T17771 (eqv ISO3449) and has passed FOPS/ROPS certification.
